Our team works alongside patients with many different types of dental insurance plans and helps submit claims and necessary documentation on your behalf. Most importantly, we never want avoid confusion to prevent someone from getting the care they need.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.

Your first visit is about getting to know you and your dental history. Arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to complete intake forms. They’ll help us understand any immediate needs and the history that led you to River Oaks Dental.

Next, we’ll x-ray your teeth. Our dental hygienist will clean them and refresh your mouth, and our dentists will examine your mouth and gums and work with you to develop a treatment plan.

Throughout your visit, we’ll keep you comfortable, engage you in a discussion about your care, and answer any questions. We’ll respect your budget and never pressure you into any treatment.
