River Oaks Dental uses dental implants to help restore your smile in the most natural and comfortable way possible. Dental implants are small titanium posts that act as a substitute for the root of a missing tooth. With years of experience, our caring team is here to help you achieve the healthy, confident smile you deserve.
If you are missing a tooth or all your teeth or are suffering from a form of oral disease or decay, you may be a candidate for dental implants. What’s more, if you are tired of hiding your smile, laughing behind your hand, or avoiding certain foods, you may certainly be ready for dental implants.
Dental implants are a worthwhile investment. The goal is to have total function of your mouth and to leave our office with a disease-free, beautiful smile. If you’re ready to gain self-confidence and smile with freedom, contact River Oaks Dental to begin your dental implant journey today.
When a damaged or decayed tooth is removed, both the crown and the root are lost. A dental implant is placed in your jawbone, where it fuses with your natural bone to create a strong and sturdy foundation for replacement teeth. This approach allows you to regain the look and function of your natural teeth.
Whether you need to replace a single tooth or want a secure solution for multiple missing teeth with an implant-supported bridge or denture, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Dental implants are the closest thing to having your natural teeth back as they allow you to eat, smile, laugh, and enjoy every moment without hesitation.
We proudly offer our dental implant services at our Aitkin, Deerwood, and Crosslake offices. If you have any questions or are ready to schedule an appointment, please reach out to River Oaks Dental. We’d love to help you on your journey to a healthier, happier smile.
The day of your implant procedure, your dental professional will remove any decayed or broken teeth before placing the dental implant into your natural bone for long-term stability. Throughout the entire procedure, you will receive a local anesthetic to ensure your comfort. Sedation may also be available, allowing you to “sleep” through the entire surgery.
In most cases, a temporary dental crown will be attached during your appointment. Full healing takes four to six months, and at that time, the implant becomes fused to your jawbone just like a real tooth root. We can then attach your final dental crown to the implant, and your beautiful new smile will be complete.
River Oaks Dental partners with Neodent Implant Systems for our implant products and treatments. They share our commitment to not only the utmost quality, but also to changing patients’ lives by providing the tools to create a confident smile.
River Oaks Dental stands out from other dental surgery providers because we offer one-stop service. Our patients feel confident that the same dental professional who diagnoses the need for implants is the same one who will complete the surgery and take the impressions for your crowns.
Most importantly, River Oaks Dental prides itself on being a judgement-free practice where all are welcome. Whether you’re in every six months for a routine cleaning or haven’t been to a dentist in decades, you can rest assured you will be treated exactly as you deserve – with kindness, compassion, and a sincere desire to improve your quality of life.
We take the time to ensure you understand every step of the process, including financial options and the timeline.
