‘All On X’ Dental Implants

Strength and Confidence in Less Time with Fewer Implants.

Full-arch fixed-implant bridges, commonly known as All on X implants, are one of the latest innovations in implant dentistry. River Oaks Dental can use this technique to replace your upper and/or lower set of teeth with fewer implants, often between four and six, which then can support a new set of fixed teeth. In minimal appointments, you won’t be able to stop smiling at your new reflection.

What are ‘All on X’ Implants?

This implant technique utilizes the strongest and most dense areas of the jawbone to support your entire set of fixed or removable teeth. The All on X method typically uses just four to six of these titanium implants to maximize the use of available bone.

What is the Process for ‘All on X’ Implants?

Similar to traditional dental implants, this method is completed in two phases. In the first phase, the River Oaks Dental team will surgically place the appropriate amount of implant posts to maximize strength and cosmetic outcome. Then, they are immediately topped with your fixed denture, allowing you to walk out of our office with confidence.

What are the Benefits for ‘All on X’ Implants?

The implants provide the support for a full arch of non-removable replacement teeth without multiple surgical procedures. All on X allows dental professionals to avoid bone-deficient areas of the jaw, meaning the healing and rehabilitation process is considerably shorter. The best part? Never having to remove your teeth!

Your specific case will dictate how many appointments are needed to complete the implant process, but we do anything possible to minimize the number of appointments. Often, the process can be completed in as few as three appointments.
